We were asked by a customer to design, build, and install a conveyor that would take a pallet of product from an infeed conveyor and then lift and transfer it to an elevated part of the line.

Began as a customer's idea for reducing damaged product as well as addressing a safety concern. RMS provided the full design, fabrication and installation of the desired solution.

This mobile, manually operated machine was designed to meet the customer's need to remove vulcanized rubber from lift truck wheels. We designed, manufactured, and worked with PSR engineers to provide a safe and compliant machine.

A conveyor designed to extend an existing line. Using air to move the product eliminated the need for belts, bearings and gearboxes. Having only one moving part has reduced downtime, maintenance costs and extended the life of the conveyor.

This corralling handrail was built from scratch and installed by Royal Machine Solutions. It is being used to guide employees through certain sections of the facility in order to preserve proper food safety protocols.

Custom 304 Grade Stainless Steel table with a #4 finish. A simple design used in a food packaging facility. We also provided custom racking, walk-over platforms, guards, railings and carts.

This is an example of a line installation Royal Machine Solutions completed for a customer that operates a recycling facility. We are experienced with handling installations for new and growing businesses!

Here are a couple aluminium checker plate covers we made for a customer. We added a cross break, evident in the slight pyramidal shape, to add strength to the material and prevent buckling under load.

We spent a couple weeks preparing a custom fixture machining plate, dimensional reports and material certifications included. It was 30" x 40" x 2", and blanchard ground.

These wear pucks, made from SAE 660 Bronze, were an urgent request from a customer on a Friday night. We used our CNC mill to get them done quickly and accurately to their specifications.

We helped move a 25,000lb machine into a new facility in our area, using a 40,000lb forklift to do the heavy lifting.

This piece of ductwork came to us severely damaged from fire. We repaired it by combining computer software with regular fabrication techniques.
