CNC Machining:

  • Vertical HAAS VF-4 CNC machining centre (4 axis)
  • Vertical HAAS VF-2 CNC machining centre (3 axis)
  • Amera-Seiki T206 CNC lathe, 19″ between centres, 18.9″ swing over bed
  • Romi G-20 CNC lathe, 21.2″ between centres, 17.3″ swing

Cutting:

  • 5′ x 10′ CNC waterjet cutter

Milling:

  • Two 48″ Bridgeport manual milling machines equipped with DRO
  • 60″ First manual milling machine equipped with DRO
  • TOS horizontal mill

Turning:

  • Colchester Mastiff 1400 lathe equipped with DRO, 80″ between centres, 22″ swing
  • Cazeneuve HBY 590 lathe equipped with DRO, 43″ between centres, 22″ swing
  • Elliot lathe, 8′ between centres, 20″ swing
  • Poreba lathe, 14′ turning between centres, 30″ swing, 38″ swing over gap

Welding:

  • Three Millermatic 252 MIG welders
  • Cyber Wave 300 Hobart ac/DC TIG welder, carbon arc gouge
  • Scratch start TIG welders
  • Multiple portable multipurpose machines

Grinding:

  • Surface grinder 6″ x 13″ chuck
  • Manual tool room surface grinder

Punching:

  • Mubea 60 ton hydraulic iron worker, 1-1/4″ through 9/16 plate

Pressing:

  • 50 ton hydraulic shop press
  • Broaching capabilities: .125 to .750″

Rolling:

  • 50″ x 16g sheet metal rollers
  • 6″ LUNA

Threading:

  • Two Ridgid 535 pipe threaders with 4″ threading capabilities, nipple threading chucks, threaded bolt dies

Crane:

  • Overhead Crane – 1500 lbs
