Polycarbonate Barrier and Guarding

These are used where a high level of hygiene is required. These are ideal for machine guarding, where there is a need to limit exposure between people or environmental hazards.

Built with aluminum extrusion framework or formed polycarbonate (Lexan), these barriers can stand on their own or mount to existing stationary equipment.

Using aluminunm extrusion tubing makes assembly easy. Our products are comparable in strength to steel and are aesthetically appealing; they don’t peel, chip, fade, or rust. The material is easy to clean with closed-sided options available to prohibit dust and debris build up.

The barriers can be made to order depending on your needs. With the use of high speed cutting equipment we can make custom shapes as per customer needs.
