Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Representative to join our team and sell our range of balers and conveyors to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales and will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to achieve sales goals and exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the sale
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, providing product information and resolving issues
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the baler and conveyor market, products, and competition
Willing to attend industry trade shows and events to network and generate leads
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to management
Qualifications:
3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing industry
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
